Shipping Options
RokDeal offers three flat-rate shipping options for shipments within the continental United States (lower 48 states):

Two Day Shipping Details
Orders shipped with Two Day shipping will be delivered within two business days. Please note:
- Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as transit days
- Items are not typically delivered on weekends or holidays
- The day we ship does not count as a transit day
Example: If we ship an order on Monday, it will arrive by the end of the day on Wednesday.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Exclusions
Our flat-rate shipping options do not apply to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Special order items
- Freight truck items
- Orders over 30 pounds
- Large or oversized items
For these excluded items or locations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or we will contact you with a shipping quote.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
